Responsibilities

• Verify loan documents supporting approved terms, collateral, and compliance with policy.
• Prepare documentation for new, renewal, and modified loans using internal tools.
• Assemble complete loan doc packages including notes, agreements, and security documents.
• Assist with third-party services like UCC filings and flood determinations.
• Provide guidance on documentation, policy, and procedural issues to lending staff.
• Notify lenders of potential problems and suggest resolutions.
• Participate in training on pre-closing and compliance.
