Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the merchant services industry.
- Minimum 2 years in a technical or customer support role.
- Experience supporting or integrating POS systems.
- Strong understanding of payment processing and merchant services.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary POS and merchant services subject matter expert for the sales team.
- Assist sales reps in evaluating POS compatibility and integration opportunities.
- Provide pre-sale technical consultations and recommendations.
- Troubleshoot payment processing, terminal, gateway, and POS integration issues.
- Coordinate implementation activities and ensure merchants are onboarded and activated.
