United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a remote POS Administrator to own and optimize our POS landscape across multiple locations. The role focuses on DRB SiteWatch, questionably including other systems, with duties spanning configuration, testing, and advanced troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years administering or supporting a car wash POS system (DRB SiteWatch experience required).
• 3+ years IT or technical support experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, hardware, software, networking, and connectivity.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a multi-location organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Gmail.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer DRB SiteWatch and related POS systems across locations.
• Manage end-to-end POS configuration, including items, pricing, packages, memberships, promotions, discounts, and site settings.
• Test and validate POS changes before launch to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Provide Level 3 troubleshooting and support for POS terminals, kiosks, payment systems, hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Train site leaders and team members on POS functionality and new processes.
• Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and quick-reference guides.
• Monitor POS performance and generate reports on sales, transactions, and renewals.
• Partner with internal teams to identify process improvements and customer experience enhancements.
