TRUNO is seeking a POS Field Service Technician to ensure timely responses to service requests at customer sites within the assigned territory. You will troubleshoot, repair, and test POS hardware and related equipment, including lasers, scales, wrappers, and network gear.

The role emphasizes maintaining accurate spare parts inventory and precise documentation. Candidates should be able to travel within 150 miles and work after hours as needed, with a professional on-site presence and strong

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Information Technology or related field (Preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of technology service experience (Preferred).
• Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office (Required).
• Practical experience with electronics/technology hardware (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Respond to all service requests timely and document details.
• Interact with store personnel and TRUNO team professionally.
• Travel within a 150-mile radius and occasional overnight travel.
• Troubleshoot, repair and test in-store equipment for proper functionality.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment.
