Job summary

TRUNO Retail Technology Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to respond to service requests at customer sites within the assigned territory. You will troubleshoot, repair, and test POS hardware, printers, scales, and network equipment, while maintaining accurate records and inventory.

The role requires the ability to travel within a 150-mile radius, after-hours availability, and strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Information Technology or related Technology Field (Preferred)
• Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office (Required)
• Basic Break/Fix Computer skills (Required)
• Proactive in documenting service details and maintaining inventory

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests timely and document details
• Troubleshoot, repair, and test POS hardware and related equipment
• Travel within a 150-mile radius and occasionally overnight
• Provide preventative maintenance on store equipment and peripherals
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies
