Truno is seeking a POS Field Service Technician to ensure timely responses to service requests across the assigned territory, performing troubleshooting, repair, and thorough testing of POS hardware and related equipment in customer locations.

You will maintain up-to-date spare parts inventory and document every action meticulously, with travel within a 150-mile radius and occasional overnight stays as needed, collaborating closely with store staff and the Truno team.

Formación

• Associates degree in IT or related field preferred.
• Windows and Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Strong customer service orientation required.
• Experience with electronics/technology hardware preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to service requests promptly and document details.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and test in-store equipment.
• Travel up to 150 miles with limited overnight travel.
