Job summary

TRUNO Retail Technology Solutions is seeking a POS Field Service Technician to promptly respond to service requests, troubleshoot and repair in-store equipment, and perform hardware/software configurations as needed. You will travel within a 150-mile radius with limited overnight stays and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.

The role requires strong customer service, basic hardware knowledge, and familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office.
