Kohl's in Irvine, CA is seeking a Supervisor to lead daily customer service and POS operations. You will coach associates, ensure fast, accurate transactions, and deliver a high-quality shopping experience aligned with Kohl's standards.

Responsibilities include training, merchandise knowledge, inventory accuracy, cash handling, and maintaining strong service metrics. This role requires flexibility in availability and a customer-first mindset.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience supervising teams or associates to achieve daily goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and a compelling customer experience at POS and Customer Service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals and support storewide goals.
• Coach and train associates to execute POS and customer service standards.
• Support training on merchandising standards and product knowledge, using company resources.
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandise disposition practices.
• Oversee daily cash-related processes including register balancing and cash handling.
