Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Experience supervising teams or associates to include coaching to achieve daily goals.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service, execute transactions and create a compelling customer experience at POC and Customer Service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty) and support the service team in meeting storewide goals.
• Coach, teach and train associates to accurately and efficiently execute point of sale and customer service standards.
• Support training of merchandising standards, product knowledge, and tools; adhere to Kohl’s brand standards
• Support inventory accuracy by timely and accurate completion of all required merchandise disposition practices
• Oversee daily cash-related processes (e.g., register and cash balancing, change orders, authorizing voided transactions)
