Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and a compelling customer experience at POC and Customer Service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty) and support the service team in storewide goals.
• Coach and train associates to accurately execute point of sale and customer service standards.
• Support training on merchandising standards, product knowledge and tools; uphold Kohl’s brand standards.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and proper merchandise disposition practices.
• Oversee daily cash-related processes, including register balancing and voided transactions.
