Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is hiring a Portfolio Executive for the Midwest region to lead a multi-project portfolio of utility-scale solar PV and energy storage projects. The role includes P&L ownership, leading Project Managers, and shaping delivery strategies for self-perform and subcontracted work.

The position can be based in Scottsdale, AZ, or remote within the Midwest, with up to 50% travel and relocation assistance. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

EPC project lifecycle experience from design to closeout.
P&L responsibility for portfolios over $100 million.
Leadership of Project Management teams and mentoring.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Own full P&L for a multi-project portfolio with budget and forecasts.
Oversee multiple PMs delivering PV and BESS projects via self-perform and subcontractors.
Define portfolio construction strategy across self-perform and subcontracted scopes with cost, schedule, quality and risk.
Foster long-term customer partnerships and drive repeat business.
Lead enterprise-scale transformation initiatives to improve delivery performance.
