Job summary

DEPCOM Power is seeking a Portfolio Executive for the Midwest region to lead a multi-project portfolio of utility-scale solar PV and energy storage. The role involves directing project delivery strategies, developing high-performance teams, and strengthening customer partnerships to create long-term value for customers and DEPCOM.

This position may be based in Scottsdale, AZ or remotely within the Midwest, with up to 50% travel. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• EPC experience with full lifecycle understanding (engineering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, closeout).
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility for large portfolios or business units (>$100M).
• Proven leadership of Project Management teams and mentoring of senior staff.
• Strong business economics, contracts, and negotiations experience with customers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Own a multi-project portfolio with full profit and loss responsibility, including budgets, forecasts, and financial outcomes.
• Oversee multiple Project Managers delivering PV and BESS projects through self-perform and subcontracted models.
• Set portfolio construction execution strategy, aligning delivery methods with project requirements, costs, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Build long-term customer partnerships, drive repeat business, and create mutual value for customers and DEPCOM.
