Job summary

DEPCOM Power, Inc is hiring a Portfolio Executive for the Midwest, overseeing a multi-project portfolio of utility-scale solar and energy storage initiatives. You will drive profitability, strategic execution, and customer value across self-perform and subcontracted delivery models.

The role supports leadership of PM teams, strengthens key partnerships, and requires up to 50% travel with relocation assistance to Scottsdale. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• P&L ownership for large portfolios/business units (>$100M)
• Experience leading multiple Project Managers and Senior Project Managers
• Strong understanding of contracts and negotiations with customers and subcontractors
• Technical construction acumen including constructability, sequencing, productivity, and risk
• Ability to analyze and transform business processes for efficiency and innovation
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-level P&L including budget, forecast, and financial outcomes
• Oversee multiple PMs delivering PV and BESS projects via self-perform and subcontracted execution
• Set portfolio construction strategy across self-perform and subcontracted scopes
• Cultivate long-term customer partnerships and drive repeat business
• Lead enterprise-scale transformation initiatives to improve delivery performance
• Mentor team members and foster skill development
• Drive digitization, modularization, and other innovations in project delivery
• Represent DEPCOM at industry events and with customers/partners
