Job summary

Associa, a leading HOA/community management company, seeks a Portfolio Community Manager to oversee a portfolio of HOA and condo communities in the Virginia Beach area. This onsite role works with Boards, staff, and residents to manage daily operations, budgets, and capital projects.

You will meet with boards, handle communications, manage data, assist with payments and architectural reviews, and coordinate vendors and maintenance. Travel to assigned sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Customer service mindset and proactive communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; self-directed with good follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite at the Virginia Beach corporate office.
• Coordinate and schedule tasks, communicate with homeowners and board members.
• Enter and maintain data in the database and manage budgets.
• Assist homeowners with payments and review architectural forms.
• Source vendors, manage RFPs, and oversee capital projects.
