Job summary

C.H. Robinson Worldwide is seeking an Associate Portfolio Executive to learn and build a customer portfolio through an accelerated training track. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering top-tier customer experiences while expanding your business portfolio.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of customer engagement experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer experience by converting leads and building strong relationships.
• Engage with customers, carriers, suppliers and internal teams to meet growth targets.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues diplomatically.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and address issues quickly.
• Support pricing strategy with market knowledge and negotiation skills.
• Maintain a growing portfolio of customers and ensure timely service.
