Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking an Associate Portfolio Executive to learn and build your customer portfolio through an accelerated training track. You will re-engage dormant accounts and pursue new opportunities, focusing on relationship development rather than prospecting.

Upon completion, you will transition into a Portfolio Executive role, supported by extensive tools and a strong onboarding program that fosters growth, collaboration, and work-life balance within a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months customer engagement experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong negotiation and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive conversion of leads into active customers through relationships.
• Engage customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to meet targets.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues diplomatically.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Reconnect with dormant customers to stimulate demand and growth.
