Job summary

C.H. Robinson Worldwide is hiring for an Associate Portfolio Executive in Milwaukee as part of an accelerated training track. You’ll learn to re-engage dormant accounts and cold-call new opportunities, focusing on relationship development and portfolio expansion within a strong onboarding program.

Role emphasizes autonomy and use of Navisphere 2.0, with four in-office days and one remote day per week, supporting career growth across Sales, Global Forwarding, Operations, and Account Management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months of customer engagement experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer experience by converting sales leads into active customers and building relationships.
• Support service delivery and business development to grow portfolio size and revenue.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and move from transactional to partnered engagements.
• Utilize tools and data to improve workflow and ensure SOP adherence.
