Job summary

C.H. Robinson is looking for an Associate Portfolio Executive to begin a fast-paced training track and learn how to grow and manage a customer portfolio.

You will focus on re-engaging dormant accounts and new opportunities, building lasting relationships, and applying a structured approach to expand the business. After onboarding, you will transition into a Portfolio Executive role with ongoing development, autonomy, and access to strong tools and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 6 months Customer Engagement Experience internal or external.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving.
• Demonstrated negotiation, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Programs.
• Values a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive conversion of sales leads into active customers by establishing strong contacts and relationships.
• Engage with customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to meet growth targets.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and handle exceptions while managing conflicts.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Reconnect with dormant customers to stimulate demand and growth.
• Execute pricing strategy with negotiation and market insight.
