Job summary

C.H. Robinson Worldwide in Ohio is seeking an Associate Portfolio Executive for an accelerated training track to re-engage dormant accounts and grow the customer portfolio.

You’ll focus on relationship development and learn our onboarding program while supporting a growing client base. Upon completion of the track, you will move into a Portfolio Executive role, using our technology to manage large portfolios and drive daily wins with an established customer base.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer engagement experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer engagement by converting leads into active customers and expanding relationships.
• Engage with customers, carriers, suppliers and internal teams to meet growth targets.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and manage conflicts diplomatically.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Develop dormant accounts and grow portfolio size through relationship building and service delivery.
