Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive the conversion of sales leads into active customers by establishing contacts and understanding customer needs.
• Proactively engage with customers, carriers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet growth targets.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and exceptions while managing conflicts diplomatically.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Reconnect with dormant customers to rebuild relationships and stimulate demand.
• Execute pricing strategy using negotiation, market knowledge and customer buying habits.
