The role focuses on re-engagement of dormant accounts and cold calling new opportunities, emphasizing relationship development and business expansion within a hybrid work model. After training, you will transition into a Portfolio Executive role, leveraging Navisphere 2.0 and the company’s network to manage large portfolios and drive

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months Customer Engagement Experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

• Convert sales leads to active customers through strong contacts and relationships.
• Engage with customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to meet needs and growth targets.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
