Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking an Associate Portfolio Executive in a hybrid role, starting spring/summer 2027. You’ll learn on an accelerated training track and then advance into a Portfolio Executive, focusing on nurturing relationships and expanding the customer portfolio.

You’ll re-engage dormant accounts and cold-call new opportunities, emphasizing relationship development. The role features strong onboarding, in-office four days a week with one remote day and internal promotion paths.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months customer engagement experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Hybrid work arrangement in a sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive conversion of leads to active customers by building strong contacts and understanding needs.
• Proactively engage customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to meet needs and growth targets.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues diplomatically while managing exceptions.
