Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Facilities Manager to support the General Manager with oversight of financials and operations across an assigned portfolio. The role emphasizes servant leadership, aligning programs from the home office with on-site teams to ensure seamless, 24/7 parking management.

The candidate will develop client relationships, drive revenue, manage expenses, and lead a team across locations. Strong Excel/Office skills and hospitality experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in a management role.
• Commercial and Hospitality Industry experience.
• Parking management experience at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships and business retention.
• Maintain revenue, expenses and customer satisfaction through service excellence.
• Assist region with business development, proposals and transitions for new locations.
• Lead, direct and develop team while embodying LAZ Parking’s culture.
• Plan and execute openings of new locations within portfolio.
• Prepare budgets and monthly P&L reviews by location.
• Deliver reports on financial and operational metrics as required.
• Coordinate with teams and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements.
