LAZ Parking is seeking a Facilities Manager in Long Beach to oversee the operations of one or more locations, ensuring 24/7 professional parking management. You will lead on-site teams and implement programs from the home office to support operational excellence.

This role emphasizes servant leadership, employee development, and maintaining client satisfaction while managing budgets, reporting, and payroll in coordination with HR and finance partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in a management role.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office applications.
• Parking management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and develop team of employees at parking location(s).
• Manage, plan, schedule, train and direct the activities of on-site employees.
• Identify high potential employees to support growth.
• Oversee payroll processing and wage/hour compliance with HR.
• Develop client relationships and business retention.
