Job summary

LAZ Parking seeks an Assistant Facilities Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations under the Area Manager’s guidance. You will support home office programs and assist operational teams, delivering 24/7 professional parking management.

You will lead Supervisors and Team Leads, coordinate payroll with local HR, and build client relationships while ensuring contract compliance and performance across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
• 2+ years in a Management role.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and General Microsoft Office Applications.
• Parking management experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with financial statements/accounting, P&L reports, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and develop a team of employees at parking location(s).
• Manage, plan, schedule, train, and direct the activities of on-site employees.
• Identify high-potential employees to support the organization’s growth.
• Payroll processing and sign-off; collaborate with payroll for proper pay data.
• Open newly assigned locations and develop client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with region on market rate structures and operational plans.
