Job summary

LAZ Parking Chicago is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee financials and operations for an assigned portfolio, ensuring 24/7 professional parking management. You will support home office programs and field teams, driving service excellence and revenue growth across multiple silos in Chicago.

The role requires leadership of a team, budget oversight, and collaboration with clients and stakeholders to meet contractual commitments and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in a management role within commercial or hospitality sectors.
• Parking management experience across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships and drive business retention.
• Oversee revenue, expenses, and customer satisfaction across locations.
• Lead and develop regional teams to meet annual goals.
• Plan and execute openings of new locations within the portfolio.
• Prepare budgets and monthly profit/loss reviews per location.
• Review and implement contractual requirements with clients.
• Provide regular financial and operational reports.
