Qualifications

• 5+ years in Management role.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Experience managing multi-location operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle Management Account clients and develop client relationships.
• Maintain revenue, expenses, and customer satisfaction through service excellence.
• Support business development, proposals, and transitions for new locations.
• Lead and develop Facilities and Assistant Managers to meet annual goals.
• Narrate and present parking management insights to facilities teams.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and reporting routines.
