Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Hospitality Manager in San Diego to oversee 24/7 parking operations under the Operations Manager. You will lead on-site teams, manage payroll processes, and ensure contractual compliance while aligning with our servant-leadership culture.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in management, and familiarity with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Office. Occasional flexibility in schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in a management role.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and general Microsoft Office applications.
• Parking management preferred but not required.
• Experience with financial statements, P&L reports and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and develop team at parking location.
• Manage, plan, schedule, train and direct on-site staff.
• Oversee payroll sign-off and wage/hour compliance with HR.
• Open newly assigned locations and manage financial performance.
• Develop client relationships and retain business.
