Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years in Management role.
• Experience in municipal parking a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the region with business development, proposals, presentations, and transitions for new locations.
• Lead and develop teams to accomplish annual and periodic goals while embodying LAZ Parking's culture.
• Prepare budgets and monthly reviews of profit/loss by location within assigned portfolios.
• Develop a strategic business plan and direction for the portfolios.
• Manage client relationships and business retention.
