Job summary

LAZ Parking in Chicago seeks an Assistant Operations Manager to support the Operations Manager with oversight for financials and 24/7 parking operations across an assigned portfolio. The role involves leading Facilities Managers and Assistant Managers, coordinating with the home office, and ensuring service levels meet client expectations.

You will develop client relationships, manage budgets, and contribute to business development across multiple locations, while embodying LAZ Parking's servant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years in Management role.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships and drive business retention.
• Maximize revenue, control expenses, and maintain high service levels.
• Lead and develop a team of Facilities and Assistant Managers to meet annual goals.
• Plan openings of new locations within portfolio and manage budgets/P&L by location.
