Qualifications

• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve exceptions while managing conflicts diplomatically.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Reconnect with dormant customers to rekindle demand and maintain momentum.
• Execute pricing strategies through negotiation and market insight.
• Maintain portfolio size by volume and revenue and support daily operations.
