FirstService Residential is seeking a Portfolio Manager in Scottsdale to manage associations, enhance property value, and improve resident lifestyle. The role reports to the Regional Manager and collaborates with the Board of Directors to oversee operations, compliance, budgeting, and contract administration.

Responsibilities include financial oversight, vendor management, and coordinating annual meetings. The ideal candidate brings hospitality or customer-service experience, CMCA/M100

Qualifications

5+ years of hospitality/customer service experience required.
CMCA or M100 certification is a plus.
Property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations and administrative management of assigned communities.
Ensure compliance with laws and governing documents; issue notices as needed.
Review invoices and manage budget, vendor contracts, and approvals.
Chair and attend board meetings; prepare reports and annual budgets.
Communicate with homeowners and board per FirstService policies.
