Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Community Association Manager - Portfolio to lead associations in the western suburbs of Chicago, with on-site attendance for board meetings and inspections. You will report to our Hoffman Estates corporate office and manage relationships with boards, residents, and vendors.

You will develop goals, manage budgets, ensure compliance with Illinois Condo Act, supervise staff, and drive service excellence across communities.

Qualifications

• Active CAM license in Illinois.
• Experience managing HOA/condo portfolios.
• Strong budgeting and financial reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Board liaison and execute Board objectives.
• Oversee operations and staff performance.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
