FirstService Residential is seeking an Onsite Community Manager in Scottsdale, AZ. The role entails managing the association's business, delivering exceptional services, and enhancing residents’ lifestyle. HOA management experience is preferred, with CMCA/CCAM designation favored.

Responsibilities include budgeting, board coordination, compliance, vendor oversight, and resident communications. Working hours are typically Mon-Fri with flexibility for evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior HOA management experience is required.
• CCAM or CMCA designation preferred for consideration.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational and administrative management of the assigned community.
• Ensure compliance with laws, governing documents, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate with Board by preparing materials and attending meetings.
• Manage the community's financial operations including budgeting and vendor payments.
• Conduct inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Oversee architectural review processes and contract compliance.
• Communicate with residents and the Board regularly.
