Job summary

The Management Trust in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Community Association Manager to lead HOA operations, Board communications, and financial oversight. You will manage a portfolio of communities, ensure contract compliance, and support Board decisions with proactive planning and clear reporting.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, public speaking, and customer service skills, plus proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word. This is a full-time on-site role requiring reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong leadership abilities and comfort with public speaking (small and large groups).
• Ability to meet deadlines and address time-sensitive issues.
• Ability to provide high-level customer service with attention to detail.
• Professional and respectful demeanor with all staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of communities that includes homes, townhomes, and/or condominiums.
• Guide, assist, and recommend a course of action for Board members to conduct business using proactive planning.
• Provide management services in compliance with the terms of the management contract.
• Assist Board and homeowners with problem resolution.
• Provide fiscal management, including reviewing invoices, coordinating tax prep and reserve updates, and reviewing financial statements for accuracy.
