Job summary

HOAMCO is seeking a Portfolio Community Association Manager to oversee personnel, maintenance of common areas, and board liaison for communities in Arizona. You will ensure policy compliance and deliver exceptional service to residents.

Under the Regional Director's guidance, you will lead daily operations, attend meetings, manage records, and support governance and risk management. CMCA certification is preferred, with 1–2 years of CMA or related management experience.

Qualifications

• CMCA certification preferred.
• 1–2 years’ experience as a Community Association Manager or similar management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of community assets.
• Liaise with HOAMCO and the Board; attend meetings and prepare materials.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor performance for assigned communities.
• Ensure compliance with CC&Rs and governing documents.
