Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Community Association Manager - Portfolio to lead associations in the western suburbs of Chicago. You will liaison with Boards, oversee operations, and manage staff across communities near Naperville, Willowbrook, St.

Charles, and Plainfield with on-site presence for meetings and inspections. As a full-time role, you will develop budgets, enforce governing documents, ensure financial controls, and coordinate vendor partners.

Qualifications

• Active Community Association Manager license in Illinois.
• Experience with condominiums, building management, and financial planning.
• Strong communication and problem-solving.
• Budget development and cost control.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision.
• Portfolio management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop recommendations for community goals and lead action plans to achieve Board objectives.
• Provide leadership to address homeowners needs.
• Maintain regular communications with Board members (in-person, email, and phone).
• Create and manage annual budgets; monitor financial position.
• Ensure protection of client funds, property, and assets.
• Lead Board meetings with agenda support and reports.
