Join to apply for the Popeyes Shift Leader role at GPS Hospitality

We are seeking a Shift Leader to join our restaurant team. Shift Leaders are trained to perform all duties of Team Members and have additional responsibilities for directing daily restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company standards in product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team management, and other duties as assigned.

Position Duties

• Ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction
• Train and coach team members
• Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems to manage restaurant operations effectively
• Maintain high proficiency in restaurant operations and set an example for the team
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members
• Supervise according to GPS values, traits, and behaviors
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
• Follow and enforce cash policies; address violations
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager

Position Requirements
