Job description

Join us as a Popeyes Shift Leader at GPS Hospitality

We are seeking a Shift Leader to join our restaurant team. Shift Leaders are trained to perform all duties of Team Members, with additional responsibilities for directing daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards in product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team management, and other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction
• Train and coach team members
• Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems to ensure excellent restaurant operations each shift
• Maintain high proficiency in restaurant procedures and serve as a role model
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members
• Supervise in line with GPS values and behaviors
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
• Enforce cash policies and address violations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the RGM

Minimum Requirements

• 0-2 years supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume environment
