What You’ll Do

As the Shift Supervisor, you will lead shifts, ensuring team members deliver exceptional customer service, complete their duties, and follow brand standards & food safety requirements. You will also assist in training new team members and monitor compliance with cash handling policies.

• Lead team activities on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service, resolve complaints effectively.
• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures.
• Operate POS systems, process payments accurately.
• Follow food handling procedures, including wrapping, labeling, storing, and checking temperatures.
• Perform kitchen tasks such as prepping, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain product knowledge.
• Assist in training new staff.
• Follow all brand standards, safety, and company policies.
• Report observations or issues to leadership.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

Essential Experience & Skills

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact positively with customers and coworkers.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Lift and carry at least 40 pounds.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
