Position Summary

The Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring product quality and availability, efficiency, excellent customer service, effective staff management, and problem solving. Shift awareness and a positive attitude are essential. Our Shift Managers lead by example, making guests feel welcome and appreciated.

Responsibilities

1. Provides fast, friendly customer service to all guests.
2. Operates a POS system by taking orders and collecting payment.
3. Prepares and packages customer orders to satisfaction.
4. Cleans and prepares cooking and prep areas.
5. Demonstrates complete knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
6. Ensures food quality and quantity.

Requirements
