What You’ll Do

As the Shift Supervisor, you will lead shifts by ensuring team members provide exceptional customer service, complete their duties thoroughly, and adhere to brand standards & food safety requirements. You will also assist in training new hires and monitor compliance with cash handling policies.

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints effectively.
• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures as per policies.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling including wrapping, labeling, storing, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks such as prepping, cooking, and cleaning.
• Stock and sanitize workstations and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards, food safety, and company policies.
• Report observations or concerns to leadership.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

Essential Experience & Skills

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Friendly, enthusiastic interaction with the public and coworkers.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, lift, and carry at least 40 pounds.
• Ability to understand instructions and communicate effectively.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
