Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to support small to medium customers, manage distribution, and collaborate with large accounts.

You will lead lead generation, define territories, analyze sales data, and provide technical solutions across face‑to‑face, phone, and email channels. The role emphasizes relationship building, pricing strategy, and cross-functional teamwork to deliver volume and value while aligning with Dow’s total rewards and growth

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand the network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering in volume and value; align to the marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales plans and inform product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
