Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support the Pacific Northwest region, handling small to mid-size customers, managing distribution, and engaging with large accounts.

You will drive leads, define territories, and provide technical solutions to customer challenges through face-to-face, phone, and email channels. The role emphasizes building relationships with influencers, coordinating with production and supply chain, and negotiating pricing strategies in line with Dow processes.

Qualifikationen

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience at or above a U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within the customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value; align with marketing plans.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market data to guide product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
