Job summary

Dow seeks a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest to support small and medium customers, manage distribution, and grow large accounts. You’ll define territories, analyze sales data, and provide technical solutions through multiple channels, from face-to-face to email.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience at/above US E5 or Canadian rank.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Build relationships across customer organizations and levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value.
• Develop forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market data to shape the sales plan and decisions.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
