Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth with small and medium customers, manage distribution, and engage large accounts.

You will lead lead generation, define sales territories, and deliver solutions across channels to expand Dow’s market presence. Collaborate with production and supply chain, analyze market data, negotiate pricing, and build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand Dow’s regional account portfolio.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for product development opportunities in the market.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and price strategy aligned with goals.
