Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth with small to mid-size customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest. You will cultivate key accounts, lead multi-channel engagement, and develop territory plans aligned to marketing strategies.

You will analyze sales data, forecast demand with Production and Supply Chain, and negotiate pricing that reflects corporate goals while complying with regulations. A mission‑driven role with strong relationship building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above US E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and develops and implement price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal implications, customs regulations and Dow sales processes.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
