Comprehensive Rehab Consultants seeks a PM&R/Physiatry clinician to deliver specialized rehabilitation services at a designated SNF/post-acute rehab center in Aurora, CO. The role is 32 hours per week, W-2, with a standard 8 AM–5 PM schedule and no on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Post-acute/post-ICU care experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-centered care orientation.
• Ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/physiatry services as a rehab consultant in SNF/post-acute settings.
• Lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and PCPs.
• Support patient function and independence through rehabilitation plans.
• Assist with documentation and care coordination with virtual scribe support.
