Job summary

Comprehensive Rehab Consultants seeks a PM&R Clinician (NP/PA) to provide specialized PM&R services at designated SNFs or post-acute centers. The role emphasizes autonomy, leadership, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Located in Pinehurst and Sanford, NC, this 32-hour W-2, full-time position offers a strong benefits package, professional development, and pathways to CSF certification through CRC.

Qualifications

• Post-acute/SNF care experience preferred.
• Ability to function autonomously with strong clinical leadership.
• Collaborative skills with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC in your facility with clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with PCP teams to manage SNF conditions.
• Work with PT/OT/SLP to improve function and quality of life.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and bridge therapy with internal medicine.
