Qualifications

• Licensed NP/PRN/PA in MA with board certification.
• Experience in post-acute space preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services at a designated SNF/post-acute center.
• Lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Support management of CVA, progressive neurological conditions, and postoperative ortho cases.
